The three remaining teams at Centennial Olympic Park in May, 2011. Food trucks have spread like kudzu across the country, hitting Atlanta last year. The Food Network show “The Great Food Truck Race” has both ridden the trend and fueled it. In its second season, the competitive reality show this Sunday airs an episode taped in Atlanta Memorial Day weekend. The remaining three teams – California cuisine-oriented Lime Truck from Orange County, Calif., Roxy’s Grilled Cheese from Boston, and comfort food specialists Hodge Podge  from Cleveland, OH – are vying for $100,000.
