The producers couldn’t cover up Tiah’s vocal issues with smoke, fire, dancers and lights. CREDIT: Fox ‘The X Factor” has not been a disaster. Ratings are adequate, if not exceptional given the trumped-up expectations. There are a few truly good singers, perhaps even worthy of the $5 million prize. Production is laser sharp. L.A.
