My favorite real Atlanta “Housewife Attorney Phaedra Parks and her handsome hubby Apollo Nida were spotted taking in the Ronald Isley / El DeBarge Reunion concert last weekend at Atlanta’s Chastain Park. Brothers El & Chico DeBarge were spotted looking happy and healthy. As you know, El, who has battled a long history of drug addiction , abruptly canceled a much anticipated come-back tour earlier this year to return to rehab but now he’s back clean & sober.
