MTV’s most successful scripted drama to date, “Teen Wolf,” returns for a second season without quite the audience or buzz of the two other supernatural dramas shot locally: the CW’s “Vampire Diaries” or AMC’s “The Walking Dead.” But it has successfully obliterated the ghost of the original 1985 Michael J.
