Howard Stern replaces Piers Morgan on ‘America’s Got Talent,’ returning Monday and Tuesday. CREDIT: AP Sirius/XM radio host Howard Stern makes his prime-time debut Monday on “America’s Got Talent” on NBC, replacing Piers Morgan, who is sticking with his CNN talk show. Early word is Stern is honest and entertaining but understands he’s on broadcast TV and keeps the lewdness to a minimum. This hasn’t stopped the Parents Television Council from telling advertisers to run away from the show. Stern’s message is: give me a chance and judge for yourself. Hollie Cavanagh post elimination press interview

AMERICAN IDOL: Hollie Cavanagh is eliminated on AMERICAN IDOL airing Thursday, May 10 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. CR: Michael Becker / FOX. I’ve been negligent about participating in the weekly elimination press interviews. I finally remembered to do so this week with Hollie Cavanagh , who I grew to like and admire for her pluck and ability to go with the flow and work to improve her craft week in and week out. She’s young and has been clearly media trained to the point where she didn’t exactly give us the most exciting interview ever. But she’s sweet as punch and… >>

I’m working on it.” Not that Brown is sitting in his Atlanta office eating bonbons all day. He continues to host “Iron Chef America” in New York and “The Next Iron Chef” in Los Angeles… >>
