The 7,347-square foot house, built in 1998, carries a price tag of $2.395 million. O’Brien, an Atlanta native best known for his work with Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Train and The Black Crowes, among dozens of other artists, bought the house in 2003 for $2 million, according to the Fulton County Assessors website.
