Doss in 2004. Photo: AJC archives Bill Doss, the frontman for Athens’ Olivia Tremor Control, has died. He was 43. The band announced his passing on its website , saying, “We are at a loss for words.” No cause of death has been released. The indie-pop band, which includes Doss’ childhood friends W. Cullen Hart and Jeff Mangum, hit its stride in the mid-‘90s with the albums “Music from the Unrealized Film Script: Dusk at Cubist Castle” in 1996 and “Black Foliage: Animation Music Volume One” in 1999.
