Some $480 million is needed to upgrade the city’s sewer system, and guess what? The city doesn’t have it. So the choice is the extension of a penny sales tax, or a 20% increase in water and sewer rates in the City of Atlanta (already the highest in the U.S.) And denizens of metro… >>
