Former Atlanta radio personality Elle Duncan has alway been my favorite on-air personality. Back when I had a “real job” I’d often listen to Elle and Ryan Cameron in the afternoons during my long commute home. In 2009, after on-air personality Porsche Foxx was involved in a ton of drama, Elle was shifted to mid-days, holding down her own segment until she moved to the Frank & Wanda Morning Show as a sports reporter.
