Former Atlantan David Cross has kept himself busy in Hollywood with a recent guest role on “Modern Family,” his “Alvin and the Chipmunks” films and voicing a character for an episode of FX’s “Archer,” created in Atlanta. And IFC has begun airing the second season of the British series “The Increasingly Bad Decisions of Todd Margaret.” Todd Margaret, played by Cross, is a pathological liar from America who is caught up in an energy drink scam he is unaware of in London.
