Interview with David Archer, new Zone afternoon host
Former NFL player David Archer started his new full-time job last week as Mike Bell’s partner in radio crime, gabbing for now mostly about football on 790/The Zone. He replaced another former pro with the same first name, David Pollack . Pollack is on to bigger and brighter lights at ESPN. I nabbed a quick phone interview with Archer last week. Archer will continue to do play-by-play work for ACC games on Saturdays, then the Atlanta Falcons on Sundays.
