An Atlanta judge has granted Usher Raymond IV a year long restraining order against his stalker, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw . If you’re not familiar with Fulton County stalking ordinances, once paperwork is filed, a petitioner is granted a 30 day “temporary” order of protection (TPO) if they can convince a judge that one is needed. If the defendant violates the order during that 30 day period, they can be arrested for aggravated stalking.
