Singer/Songwriter Keyshia Cole was once an Atlanta transplant and it seems that she made quite an impression on a Fulton County resident who allegedly stalked her for years during her residency here. An Atlanta man has been charged with stalking the R&B singer and according to prosecutors, he could be sentenced to up to 13 years in prison if he pleads guilty as expected Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court.
