Lincoln Financial could use the 94.5 signal for 790/The Zone. Lincoln Financial Media, which owns Star 94 and sports talk radio station 790/The Zone, has picked up an FM “translator” signal at 94.5, the type that has been filling in many of the spots on the dial lately. It has been based out of Social Circle but Lincoln has requested it move to a tower in Atlanta. Radio Insight broke the news.
