Kiddie City Childcare Center in Vicksburg, MS is under fire after a nine year-old boy bullied and terrorized a room full of infants and toddlers. Disturbing surveillance video of the young boy running rampant at the daycare center show him punch one little girl multiple times and then choking another child, patting her back as she cries in pain. In another scene the young boy is shown violently shaking another young child and he even does what appears to be high kicks to the bodies of one child.
