TMZ: Phillip Phillips finally has his kidney surgery in Los Angeles
Phil Phillips had his surgery yesterday. Let’s hope he has a full recovery! This never-ending saga with “Idol” winner and Leesburg resident Phillip Phillips and his kidney stones hopefully has come to a happy conclusion: TMZ reports he had a six-and-a-half hour surgery yesterday. Those painful stones almost caused him to drop out of “Idol” a couple of times. Hopefully, this surgery and a proper diet will keep him healthy moving forward. Earlier this week, “Idol” tour organizers said they were confident he’d be ready for the tour starting July 6. This gives him about four weeks… >>
