TV best bets with Olympics, season finales of ‘Dallas,’ ‘Longmire,’ return of ‘Hell on Wheels’

Week two of the London Olympics dominates NBC and its sister stations. If that’s not your taste, TNT is closing the spigot on “Dallas” for its first returning season Wednesday. (It will be back next year.) A&E is also ending its first season on “Longmire” Sunday and yes, that drama has been renewed, too, while AMC brings back the sophomore year of “Hell on Wheels” the same night.
